Cooperative Assessment and Communication of Systemic Risks of ubiquitous Information and Communication Technologies

This project was set up to develop a model strategy for dealing with risks that could arise in conjunction with the permeation of everyday life by information and communications technologies, whereby its focus goes beyond the capabilities currently offered by mobile telephony and mobile data processing (AACC: Anytime, Anywhere Communication and Computing). Processes for identifying and assessing technogenic systemic risks are to be developed which will enable various applications of the precautionary protection principle.
